ArticleWe are proud to announce that our company has successfully completed a unique and innovative project in collaboration with a group of postgraduate students who approached us with the idea of creating a device for fermenting vegetables and fruits.
The idea originated as part of the thesis project “Fermentation 2.0 with SmartKISH”, within the postgraduate program “ESG Perspective. Responsible and Sustainable Management” at Kozminski University in Warsaw. The group’s goal was to create a product or service based on the principles of sustainable development.
